It is a unitary and compact body - an irregular gold-colored polyhedron - with a strong communicative value, a sort of very recognizable and attractive shell in dialogue with the surrounding urban fabric, redeveloping it, stimulating curiosity and inviting people to discover what it happens inside. A section of the garden wall (which once extended to include the establishments of the Remmert industrial area) is planned to be pulled down in order to let the auditorium erupts from the edges, opening up to the city and to new and unexpected perspectives. Following design criteria that see users at the center of the project, the building created takes care of human beings and moves back (where it is necessary to create sidewalks - which do not exist - along the adjacent streets), bends down (where it is necessary to create a public space ), protects (creating a large cantilevered canopy where passers-by read the programming on a led wall).
